Venus Morris Griffin talks with Prospecting Today on how she continues to grow her business by getting new clients.

Open houses are a great way to get to know future clients. Make sure you spend your time wisely by getting to know those who walk through the door. You never know when you’re about to meet your next client. Griffin learned early in her career that million dollar homes do not do well at open houses. The buyers who come into these homes will be less likely to have a buyer’s agent, and you can pick up new business this way.
