If you’re doing an open house, don’t bore them with all of the details of the entire event. You should leave them wanting more by showing them a snippet of the home’s best features. How can you make your audience smile? How can you relate to them as a person? Remind them you’re a parent, friend, and person too. One interesting idea Benson had was to show her online community the struggle she endures while trying to get her teenage son to eat broccoli. It was relatable and memorable. It was a huge success for her audience.
