In our virtual world, videos have become everything. Peer reviews are not only more trusted, but more accessible thanks to social media platforms. Maura Neill and her team are building a storytelling platform for peer review and agent videos. They have found that people are more comfortable doing audio or video versus writing up a review, which makes them more likely to do it. If they are being coaxed by an interviewer, clients are also more likely to share details of the process that they wouldn’t type up in a review. Neill is also working to bring virtual home tours to a new level. She doesn’t want to miss any opportunity to catch the eye of the next buyer.
